As of now, they're about the same. But, the manga is definitely leaning toward Naruto. When Naruto achieved Sage Mode, Sasuke achieved Mangekyo Sharingan, and then, when Naruto mastered Nine-Tails, Sasuke got his eternal Sharingan, so right now they are about equal. However, Naruto got a gift from Itachi, so Naruto may be a little stronger than Sasuke, but that gift is unknown yet in the series.
Just because they got it at the same time doesn't make them equal. Sasuke was probably stronger than Naruto without Nine-Tails being used up until Naruto learned senjutsu. Once he learned that, he completely surpassed Sasuke, even with the Mangekyo Sharingan. Now that he knows how to use the Nine-Tails power on his own, along with sage mode, he is faster than even his father.
also, sasuke ems will show some unreal techs but can it compare to bm naruto. also, i''m sure that sasuke will unlock his full susanoo, and once it do that naruto will probably have more control over his tail beast bomb. don't forget , naruto fought agaisnt madara in susanoo and seen itachi's for a short time, but that's enough to know how it works
also, naruto fought agaisnt several sharigan users and knows what to expect, sasuke have not seen senjustu, sagemode, kata tech, rasen shuriken, km or bm naruto.yes, i also realize that we didn't see sasuke ems and those techs, but speed and power is the best weapon agaisnt the sharigan as shown in madara v,s 5 kage fight and raikage v,s sasuke. naruto has both of thos things, and we know sasuke spam techs and he didn't prove himslef in that kabut o fight to have gotten any stronger

Even though we don't know what Sasuke will have with his eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, he's not going to be able to beat Naruto. I don't think that he's physically even on the same level as Naruto anymore. Naruto will have to watch out for Amaterasu and Susanoo .no no no naruto will definetly win because he have learned sage mode ,sage of six paths ,rasen shuriken, and even how to control the nine tails he is even faster than his own dad the fourth hokage or known as the yellow flash of the hiiden leaf well for sasuke he is in the middle of being stronger than naruto, he has learned susno and he has his enernal mangekyou sharingan
have you seen naruto vs sasuke shonen jump naruto sasuke beat him up and after that sasuke also beat naruto in the ova and there is a pattern naruto gets power sasuke beat him naruto gets more power sasuke beat him and sasuke's ems has his eyes and his brother and have you seen sasuke's power and his brother's tha are crazy powerful that 1 reason way sasuke can beat him in the end onless he dies in the last battle in the war the 2 reason is he meant get the rinnegan
