tobi is going to revive the ten tails even though he does not have all of the kyubi chakra but the kin gin bros so did tobi win already thhe moon eye plan seems completed.
maybe we wiill actually see where the ten tails body really is then the moon.

tobi probably lied but he said he will summon the moon eye plan at dawn and it's beenn over 20 chapters so it looks like it is time.

if he can be the juubi but in carved in wood but the thing is he has nine eyes but i guess that's the appearance with out all the tailed beast chakra becoming one.

I think other side will still be able to tank it with Kyuubi and hachibi xd

naruto only has half of the kyubi chakra and the eight tails who is still weaker then the current nine tails.

the kin gin bros still had a six tails transformation for both since they were in the actual full size nine tails so i think they have enough for it.

naruto and bee cannot win without some type of help.
