Are moderators allowed to engage in threads and topics? Because I haven't seen a moderator do such a thing so far?

As far as I know RP mod's don't RP, but moderators do from time to time engage in threads.
Just imagine most of a mod's day consist of up keeping their respective area, responding to VM's, approving s**t, all while trying to enjoy the site yourself.

So granted you don't see a mod all the time engaging in back and forth debates.

They are like us I'm pretty sure they can take part in discussions I've seen them , however I think they can only close down a discussion , or warn a thread if its in the forum they are in charge of or they are supposed to anyway , I think if another mod gets there first they can as well

I doupt that, they are moderators, they have the Powa to do anything in the forums.
I think it's just that they don't feel like it posting in certain areas.

Bare in mind that when I saw "we" I'm mainly just speaking for myself because the rest of my co-workers might have a different opinion on the matter.
