Why do people keep saying that Sasuke is no match for current Naruto?

i dont think sasuke would win but he would give naruto an extremely hard fight. naruto would in no way beat sasuke with ease like people are saying.

That has been what I have said. The gap between them is exaggerated but as of now BM Naruto>Sasuke

The Hachibi dosent release the genjutsu, It releases the effect and speeds up recovery.
When Bee says he cant move his body the genjustu has already ended.

It took 7 seconds (if you negate the part of them showning what the genjutsu looked like) for Bee to escape it.. it took sasuke 7 seconds (when he is shown) to recover.. genjutsu proves ineffective.

And dont forget that KILLER BEE was there with Naruto to counter Tobi if he had done so. That TWO reasons why, and the manga page above reinforces this logic. Therefore, it is safe to say that it is HIGHLY possible that Sasuke can use EMS to supress Kurama's Chakra.

Have you read this thread? :sy:. Of course there are lot of Naruto fanboys but have you seen some of the guys defending Sasuke? I have said all along that Naruto and Sasuke are equal and will be in the end but BM put Naruto ahead of Sasuke for now . This is the general consensus but everyone else is wrong because MidKnight said so.

Do you know how many Shinobi where there to support Naruto!? Do you think they are just going to sit there while Madara suppresses Kurama w/o counter attacking? Also, Madara was fighting more than one opponent, therefore he was distracted.

Your counter argument also isn't really a good one because you are referencing a scenario that involved multiply enemies vs 1, instead of 1 vs 1.

And are you forgetting that Madara has been TOYING with every opponent he has fought? He obviously had NO intent to suppress Kurama

It all works the same, a genjutsu is a genjustu, it can be broken the same way. Why would Bee explain how he broke out of the genjutsu when he didn't? If he was caught, it would have had some effect, so of course he would stop moving
