1. Can Sasuke suppress Kurama's chakra?

I don't think he can. The first time he did that, he only suppressed a small portion of Kurama's chakra. But now that Naruto is a Perfect Jinchuriki, I don't believe that he will be able to suppress any of Kurama's chakra. If he was able to, then he should have been able to do the same to Killer Bee and his Bijuu, but he was only able to cast a genjutsu - and one that was later released by the Bijuu.

2. So... why didn't Sasuke suppress Hachibi? U_U

3. Tobi never suppressed Kurama. He only controlled him.

4. Madara never suppressed Kurama. He only controlled him.

They didn't fully supress Kurama, Sasuke suppressed chakra leaking out of the seal and pushed it back in. The seal is open, it can't work like that. I don't think you understand the concept of what Sasuke did. They cannot control Kurama either because that is not possible when it is in a jinchuuriki, this being obvious in Madara's failed attempt. This is getting annoying, stop being a fanboy and face facts.

3Then fought the Raikage, Mizukage, Killed Danzo while getting rid of all Danzo's sharigans,
fought Kakaishi who couldnt use the kamui on him even after sasuke was partially blind, and clashed with naruto.
4. During these battles he was able to develop a full body susano after just having a ribcage when fighting the raikage

In conclusion they'll either tie or he'll win
