You are actually kind of wrong. The sky is made up of oxygen and h20, so the light from the sun reflects that creates a blue light. That is why the sky is blue. Don't claim to be a genius when you are not.

Well a lot of character in Naruto don't have a last name. Most of the Akatsuki do not have any last names given to them. Gai Sensei and even Orochimaru do not have last names given. I believe its just in the nature of the manga for most of the ninja not to have a last name. It would be too confusing coming up with many last names and trying not to make them conflict with each other. Because if two ninja somehow had the same last name but absolutely no relation, then it would throw readers off.
