Yeah if tobi stands a good chance against the meteorite if he goes intangible and if Tobi can get madara into his dimension he has a chance BUT cant madara escape if he summons an animal like sasuke did when he escaped from deidara ? but even if he cant he'd kill tobi in his dimension yet still be trapped forever and as for minato nah not a great as chance as tobi as he is a master of seals but he'd be out muscled and overpowered abit to much, he stands a good chance but tobi has more of a chance .. lol if that makes sense

Someone could successfully argue that TBB is smaller than the meteor, but I was thinking but an ftg tag on it and teleport it somewhere else.

Leaving Madara in that dimmension would count as sealing.

But if Madara was reverse summoned he would have fled, meaning he would lose the battle.

That's like Minato ftg-ing home and coming back after the meteor
