why do people think mei is weak

I dont know why people think mei is weak and tsunade would win 1v1 she has two kekkei genkai and she was about to melt sasukes susanoo which is by the bases standard very op i dont see how gaara tsunade or the raikage could beat her pending she can melt his lightning armor she only falls behind oonoki and maybe A what do you guus think

I actually don't think she's weak. Mei is probably stereotyped as weak because her list of jutsu comprises of supplements, instead of flashy one shot jutsu. I wish we could have seen her fight against Black Zetsu.

I think Gaara would take all of the current kage but I will not go as far to say Mei is weak. Although the argument that she was melting Sasuke's susanoo as the reason she is stronger is not very valid since Tsunade was able to break Madara's with her punch. I think most of the kage are all on about the same level they just specialize in different techniques so it would depend on the environment and the situation as to which one would win.

Mei is definitely not weak. She is a Kage after all, she's the strongest person in Kirigakure.
But I don't think she can beat Tsunade, and I don't think she can melt a complete Susano'o. Sasuke's Susano'o was at its weakest stage when he was fighting the 4 Kage at the Summit. But yeah, Vapor Style is still nothing to be messed with.

Mei's Lava can probably melt anybodies armor skin whatever. Including perhaps the 3rd Raikage (maybe), as for the gas. its the same jutsu just a second form she controls. liquid and gas of the same kekkei genkei. Now a solid state would be interesting. Whats harder than solid lava :shrug:
