So if we were in court, this would be the case.

1)He killed Danzou....Danzou was a deceptive traitor who deserves to die, and was the reason for the Uchiha massacre. He took advantage of a 13 year old's fear of war, and then gave Sai information about the leaf to give to Orochimaru. Plus he wants to use naruto as a weapon. Somebody was going to kill him eventually.

2)He attacked the Kage's summit...only to get to Danzou.
3)He joined the Akatsuki...for like 20 seconds before he left
4)He got rid of Raikage's arm...Raikage sacrificed his arm so he could beat Sasuke up.
5)He kidnapped Bee...he didn't succeed
6)Killed Samurais...can't defend him on that one.
7)Tried to kill naruto...pssshh....this is dumb. It's been predetermined that they should fight.
8)Tried to kill Sakura...you have a problem with this why? But yeah...that was wrong.
9)Killed white Zetsu and his clones...this actually helps out the good guys!
10)Stopped Kabuto's edo tensei...this also helps out the good guys.

Whatever reasons the Uchiha had, civil war was still going to happen. Konoha prevented it as a nation. You cannot compare Sasuke as a nation and say 'so what' to his actions. And you are wrong assuming everyone is all happy about the Uchiha being dead. It is quite the opposite they saw it as a tragedy. I'm sure there was not a huge celebration for their death. Nobody ever was a **** to Sasuke for being an Uchiha. In the contrary, everyone admired him. You won't hear much talk because it was all secret from both sides. Itachi explain that he had to execute the mission in order to avoid a fourth ninja war. Sasuke is avenging because of pure hatred, which the this anime is teaching that it needs to end, in my opinion.

well he can be charged for attempted kidnapping of killer bee but it looks like he didn't put much enthusiam in trying to kidnapping him. For the 5 kage summit. his real purpose was to get danzou but the rest tried to get in his way and he wasn't going to waste time to explain himself. For the case of danzou i will say that the son of a B****h had it coming to him for what he did to the uchihas. sasuke is justified for eliminating him (An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. Man some people love revenge and they like best served very cold..he wasn't going to wait for any court procedures or going and expose him.besides danzou was the one who had been sending his ninjas to come and kill him like sai and it ended up in a bust. For the samurai i agree that his cold killer instincts and rage made him go overboard but you must know Sasuke by now. Anyone who gets in his way of getting revenge is either dead or on the way to death.

Thanks, but unfortunately, I agree with all the accusations everyone have been stating. :/ Sasuke is not making the right decisions and has put himself in a very challenging situation. I don't know what is going to happen to him, but he will have to pay for his actions. But I guess the important thing here is that he needs to be freed from hatred.

Sasuke cld have escaped when when Tobi let his go to capture Bee, or explained his situation to Bee and asked for protection. Bee is understanding enough. Plus Tobi didnt force Sasuke he offered a reward for it.

1) He was trespassing into the Kage summit, where he was not supposed to be. If he wanted to capture Danzo he could have got him while he was traveling, like the ninja's who went to assassinate him but got killed instead.

Killing Danzo probaly wont count as Danzo was himself a criminal at that moment.

2) Yes then he tried to kill Sakura herself so that a dead Sakura wld heal Karin. Not to mention the fact that we are not sure if Sasuke knew Sakura's healing powers untill she told him. Also note the fact Sharingan cant see distant things or see the future, and Sakura arrived quite a little later Karin was stabbed.
3) Also Danzo was his personal enemy, it has nothing to do with getting Tobi's trust. Plus he abandoned Karin, Segetsu and Jugo to their enemies, which proves how much he cares for them.
Also a wonderful way of helping Sasuke has, stabbing through the chest which may kill her a weak girl like her instantly, due to physical trauma and the lighning surging through the blade.
