I would say edo but without some dna it's useless but with it it's just overkill

KA may be good and would > edo tensei if it came to it , like making the user release it , BUT this can only happen once every 10 years so overall the edo tensei is a better overall jutsu as it doesnt have such a disadvantage like KA

What made u pick those

1. Creation of All Things-Obvious

2. Edo Tensei-Obvious

3. Chibaku Tensei-Sage level, it made the moon, Nagato level it made a mini moon. I don't see many getting out of it.

4. Gedo Mazo-It's the best individual summon

5. Izanagi-IMO the best genjutsu. It alters your reality. It gives you an extra life. You could also take the Danzo Approach and spam the hell out of it.

6. Tsukuyomi-*makes eye contact* tarpped in massive genjutsu for what i think is days, but really just moments. I come out, exhausted, confused, and easy to kill.

7. Izanami-One of the most powerful genjutsus, possible one-shotter. But it takes time.

8. Jinton-One shoter. It's easy to get killed by this if you're careless

9. Steam Tyranny-2nd Mizukage's best jutsu, infinite explosioins, the chibi thing regenerates and attacks with a hardened water axe. The more it moves the more friction it takes until it explodes, only to regenerate and restart the process. However, it leaves the user at an extreme disadvantage. It's also one of my favorite justu.

10. Susano'o-Very good jutsu, excellent for both offense and defense, but I see the other jutsu in my list beating Susano'o.

I'd also add:
11. Immortality Jutsu - Grants immortality, but can only be used once every three years, plus Orochimaru will kill most people in this mode if he's trying to kill them.

12. White Rage - Only one person can use it without hurting themselves. There is no possibility of anyone ever being able to learn this jutsu without harming themselves when activated. But when it does activate, it's game over.

13. Kotoamatsukami - It's wonderful and powerful. No one can deny that. But you can only use it once every 10 years. WAY too long of a cooldown time.
