Hes seen KA before with the same chakra colouring and hes fought him take a reasonable guess whether shisui used KA on Ao
2.Mifune was hit by KA when he was told he was in it he broke out seeing as the whole technique requires you too not know your in genjutsu in the first place
3.Itachi said my illusionary technique Tsukuyomi cannot be broken but it was proven wrong.Sasukes version is irrelevant if the technique as a whole was broken when Itachi said that wasn't possible.
4.Kabuto is under the effects of Izanami which cannot be used effectively in combat and is primarily used to deal with Izangi users and people who cant accept reality(thereselves) creating a infinite loop.Itachi simply used normal genjutsu on kabuto in this loop and made him do the hand signs

BTW you fail because once you are caught in tsykiyomi and you are not an uchiha you are screwed horribly. Don't ask why, because all it takes is 1 second foe Itachi to mind rape you. You will never have enough time to disrupt your chakra.

What makes KA so dangerous is, the fact that the user can enter the opponent’s mind, unnoticed, compel the individual to do whatever deemed necessary and the victim will think that he/she came up with it i.e. it will give the illusion that the “forced” thought/feeling is all a part of the natural thinking process a human does when making decisions. There would be no reason to feel suspicious, or look for trouble, since you, apparently, came up with your own decision-this is regardless of what doujutsu you may possess.

The only reason it lost its effect against Mifune was simply because he was told about it. People made him aware that he was being controlled, his mind was being tampered with, which means he had no other choice but to accept it as true; thus he changed his opinion/mind.

Also, KA doesn’t require eye contact to be effective, which means you’re basically screwed if you face a KA user by yourself, with no knowledge, if the user can make the command subtle enough only a select can interfere e.g. tailed beasts, bugs, etc…

I have a feeling it might have been used on Itachi in the past (before this one).

There is one important point about Mifune that i would like to make that makes Koto Amatsukami not a one shot yeahhh but rather a very dangerous technique that can be countered by very high level ninja.If KA is as dangerous as many uchiha fanboys make it out to be then why was Mifune snapped out of it by telling him he was in genjutsu? I believe any great Sensory type Ninja would be able to detect this as Ao was able to detect it through the colour of chakra and realise they are under its affects...My point being is that it can be broken through Normal means if you know you are under genjutsu Mifune proved this.

In conclusion for those who are skimming through
