Who would win in an all-taijutsu fight: Neji, Pein, or Itachi?

Situation: Neither one of them can use Ninjutsu such as Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu, 8 Trigrams Air Palm, or Almight Push. No Genjutsu either. There is only one Pein.

well all neji would be doing is patting them lightly, pein would be useless unless its the bulky pein. itachi could do damage, but the two would just dodge. its a tie between itachi and neji with the two doing no damage. since this is taijutsu only, pein wont function, so he loses by default

I say that it would be between Neji and itachi.The databook says Both itachi and Neji are even when it comes to taijutsu, but i believe Neji wins because his particular taijutsu style is superior to regular taijutsu and is incredibly dangerous in close combat.
