Yes chidori can be used without sharingan but without sharingan it is INCOMPLETE, bcos of the speed of the tech one has to focus on the front completely and in a way experiances tunnel vision (thus open for flanking) and so can be countered. But sharingan negates this disadvantage. (read

How isolating sharingan and kurama is not fair? both have their greatest advantage removed.Without them they will have to depend on their skill and jutsus alone, no biju power up and no dojutsu advantages. Power of 'body' includes, will power and life force (not chakra), which is only useful in living long and supressing biju.
Power of 'eyes' include, the sage's eyes and powerful chakra, i dont need to explain this.

Well naruto can surpass hashirama at best (unless he becomes jubi host which may not happen), but if one says Naruto gona surpass Sage, it is madness: even batman's joker wld die laughing at that. None can draw near the sage.

What i agree with him is that if there is battle with sasuke minus the sharingan and naruto minus the kyubi, naruto has a fair chance of winning.

But i think u r wrong there, BM Naruto can beat EMS Sasuke but not that easily. Sasuke is quite strong with his EMS. Rinnegan and Perfect susano is a posibility, but not time manipulation. Then again naruto CAN become jubi host in a lesser scale, do u remember all the biju's approving of him and joining hands. But still the fact will remain that they will always remain near equals, (slight diff will always be there u gotta admit) overall ur right. I hope others realise that too.
