honestly naruto's base mode is pathetic.

and im talking about his base mode without sm and nine tail fox just his regular base mode.

IMO sasuke's base mode was near jounin level in part 1 even now naruto's base mode is pathetic.

his base more feats

- can summon gamabunta
-can do rasegan/frs
-shadow clone
-what else is their to his base mode?

his taijutsu is pathetic,he's versitality is pathetic.

kishi needs to work on his base mode instead of bm and sm.

naruto should be able to take down atleast jounin level opponent without going into sm or km?

kakashi is a great example even in his base mode his speed is impressive his taijutsu is damn pretty good and he has a variety in ninjutsu.

thats another thing, give naruto more wind techs. he cant even do a simple wind bullet jutsu like danzo.:sy:

look at the 2 year time skip. it was a total waste.
what did naruto learn? how to get out of genjutsu? and he still sucks at it.

that time skip would of been good to learn some wind techs or train his taijutsu.




look at sasuke even without activating his sharigan his base mode is still impressive.


OH GOD AND THE MAJOR THING HE STILL CANT PERFORM A ****ING RASEGAN WITHOUT A SHADOW CLONE!!!!!!!! what i'd kill to see that mofo perform 1 damn rasegan with 1 hand!!!!!!!!

I aggree sort of especially about the rasengan he needs to do that one handed, I think to make Naruto truely powerful and take after his father he should use FTG for base mode so he can use multi shadow clones and rasengan enemys to death 100 times or something, also yea he should use more wind techs that do not damage himself like rasenshuriken he can't throw it in base mode so he should atleast carry a sword or something to do what Asuma taught him running his wind nature along it (that would kick ass IMO) and maybe Danzos wind bullets, also his wind powered shurikens as seen vs Sasuke

maybe i was being too harsh but what he did against those cloud ninja's wasnt that much impressive. ok i gess his base is somewhat above average maybe but it still needs work alot of work.

1. Jiraya could of at least taught Naruto to control his element during this time.

2. True. However, it's possible he might be able to do Rasengan on handed now since he and Kurama are essentially friends now.

@OP. I do somewhat agree with you. Without SM, KM or BM, Naruto is pretty weak. Although I would actually consider SM part of his 'base' since being able to draw in and utilise natural chakra is sort of an advanced Chakra-control. So I would consider SM to technically be a Jutsu.
