People really like trolling; it's kinda pathetic to waste his time with this utterly poor attempts to convince the people from your ideas every day.

Amaterasu is one of the strongest attacks and there are no doubts. Those who claim otherwise are just trolling, don't understand the manga or lack common sense.

Amaterasu has no way to travel, due to a single glance the flames appears on the Sharingans target, whereby dodging becomes only possible in the case you can escape from its sight.

And there's no need to even debate this; if a MS user will use his Amaterasu with the intention to kill you, it'll most likely do this. Once you weren't able to escape from the Sharingans sight, you get hit by it; once you got hit by it, there's no way to avoid your death, with the exception you can use a technique like the Shinra Tensei in order to push off the flames away from your body.

Amaterasu can one shot anyone .Naruto will get one shotted in his fight with sasuke and the show will become amaterasu shipudden. U_U

You answered my question. "he punched through an amaterasu wall". Amaterasu is Amaterasu no matter how it's used. Sasuke has been deemed better than Itachi, in regards to Amaterasu. Amaterasu would've killed the Raikage had he not cut his arm off.

Yes thank you, someone with a brain on NB. The only part that should really be pointed it out is that Ameterasu does NOT appear wherever you look at.

Example: Ameterasu is very quick indeed and appears to ignite whatever it sees on fire. If that were true no amount of speed would be able to get away.Now since it isn't instantaneous flames bursted on an opponent the truth is it's a very quick jutsu.

Raikage was clearly the fastest shinobi alive and was able to outrun it thus letting him get away.

When itachi used it on sasuke you could clearly see sasuke running away from ameterasu but was not fast enough.

Here's the part where everyone says "Itachi wasn't trying to kill him only blahblahblah".

Yes while that may be true it does not change how the jutsu works.

If you launch Fire Style: Fireball jutsu at someone as a diversion to then attack him with something else it doesn't diminish the fact that a large fireball was sent to your opponent.

Point being yeah it is a 1 hit K.O. But it is stoppable and is very risky.

actually it is traveled when sasuke use amaterasu on the zetsu he use the susano to give faster push to the amaterasu and ucan see onw of the zetsues trying to escape and the flame flowing him u can see the same at the time when sasuke fought itachi

Oh and... why doesnt amaterasu burn the ground itself? if its so great, it should consume the earth itself. why does it stop? when sasuke and itachi fought, it should have spread to the countries. the was soil n matter everywhere for it to consume.

The whole sharingan eye thing is overrated, its way too powerful for its own good. think about it they have absolute genjutsu, they have eventually get izanagi to make genjutsu a real life predicament, or izanami to make an infinite loop of reality. and on top of that they can in turn eventually get the rennigan. so to be honest the whole uchiha clan is a bullshit overpowered clan of people that can basically be identified as gods. but as far as amaterasu its not too overrated its just a jutsu that cant be matched like it WILL burn the target it hits mind you it takes alot longer to burn than a regular flame but it will burn it eventually
