k, I have read all arguments basically, I think, and the basis that has been argued for the past 34 pages is whether or not Minato's reflexes are fast enough to dodge Amaterasu. And here's some input from me.
Basically, A dodged Amaterasu in V2. The fact that he dodged Amaterasu means that he is faster than at least Sasuke's sharingan can see (not necessarily others, but the general consensus I believe would be that he would be to fast for others as well). This means, that when he is at his fastest, he is faster than the eye can see.
Minato dodged A's FASTEST attack. A himself said that it was his fastest. He saw an attack that is faster than a sharingan can see, and then dodged it. That means that his reflexes should allow him to escape Amaterasu because his eyes will see the Amaterasu, and he can escape it, because whoever has the sharingan wouldn't have fully focused yet, whereas he would have already, deduced the threat, and gotten away.
