Flare release: Fire evaporates water into the air which then conducts the lightning into a wide spread sheet that can be used as a blinding light or a shield of lightning.

Just a suggestion.
Cool but along with a defense I need a devastating attack. You know how Mu's/Ooniki's kekkei tota is almost unavoidable because you cant see it coming and once your in that box your done. I want a move with similar characteristics. This was original, creative and made sense so I really appreciate it. +rep

What about something that makes use of the water in a person's body and electrifies it, paralyzing them and then uses the heat from the electricity to boil them... haha. Or like dust release in a way, fire, lightning, and water are combined to form a sort of explosive/corrosive "tar" substance that can catch an enemy, or can be solidified to be thrown at an enemy? Haha

A sort of rasengan/chidori mix. A bubble of water is formed around the user's hand. Lightning is poured into the hand like chidori heating the air inside the bubble where it is mixed with fire to form a punch/lunge like rasengan without the spiraling that is used to burn or melt through any defense and is hotter than lava.
