Yeah, he and Hitler are propably the most interesting.Their decisions and actions had a great impact on the world (but i voted Antonio Salazar).

Democrat politicians are corrupt on power but i didn't see any of you complaining...:shrugon't vote (only) with political criteria if you don't want to.You can vote the one you find the most interesting as a personality.Or the sexiest...If you want explain with what criteria you voted.

And if I were to choose one, I'd say George bush. Simply because the disastrous aftermath of his actions is still present worldwide till date.

Adolf Hitler.

Shedding away all the bad things..... he did a fantastic Job of reviving and empowering the economy of a failed state and making it capable enough to handle a war of that great magnitude without himself being qualified.

Who told you that all dictators are hated?Kemal Ataturk is being worshiped (literally) by the Turks.Ioannis Metaxas is famous in Greece because he brought stability in society but mainly because he denied the alliance with the Axes and fought furiously against both Italy and Germany.Salazar remains thoroughly popular among the Portuguese population until today. On March 26, 2007 Salazar was elected The Greatest Portuguese in the public poll contest Os Grandes Portugueses.So you see dear democratic friend...Things are more complex than you think they are.
