Strongest Edo Kage

I have been wondering since now that all of the edo kages have had their fights ( while back really) which of the four kages that Kabuto revived is the strongest.

2nd Mizukage
2nd Tuschikage
3rd Raikage
4th Kazekage

The 4th Kazekage didn't show anything that says that he is in the same league as the other three so he is out of the running.

The 2nd Mizukage and the 2nd Tuschikage are dead even since they did end up being each others final opponent.The 3rd Raikage is just a beast ( stalling 10,000 people for 3 days and going toe-to-toe with the Eight-tails.)

Tushikage: So its really Dust release + flight + sensor vs.
Mizukage: Epic genjustu + Jokey Boy vs.
Raikage: The "Strongest Shield and Spear" + Black lighting (which we did not get to see regrettably)

[I will put the fourth as a choice on the polls for you guys who think he is best]

Which will reign supreme ?

EDIT:I should have out this but forgot. The kages are not Edo. They are like they where in the war, but NOT EDO

Jockey Boy is just as fast as the Raikage. He will be able to keep up with him and continue to explode infinity.

Now one for you: How can the raikage defeat the Mizukage if he does not know where he is?

I really don't have much info on either one. The third did take on 10,000 ninja and was able to defeat them. He also fought the 8 Tails and it ended in a draw. I'm not sure how he'll win, but that man will find a way. And this is why I don't like these type of threads... not much info on either character.

I will give this battle over to my bro 2nd Mizukage with his Genjutsu he can have it on for a very long time,cause he is an Edo so there for i think he can hold his ground with 3rd,and for the 2nd Tsuchikage they both killed each other but never know Mizukage might win!!?........... and once he gets 3rd Raikage in his Genjutsu>he should have some kind of K.G like 4th mizukage with her lava K.G..! Ppl dnt become kages just because they have a unique genjutsu!!? right?

They usually do, but most develop unique Techs after becoming a Kage.

I not a Mizukage fanboy. As a matter of fact I recently believed that the raikage was the strongest. but then i was having a conversation with my friend about this and he used the same argument against me that I used against you. He also asked how the raikage can beat Muu if he is flying.

I believe it is kind of an unfair fight for the raikage. He is a beast of a man but all that power means nothing in front these two kages. I made this thread partly to see if anyone could come up with some way for raikage winning.

Also about the info on characters. Its true that we do not know the much about the kages when compared to people like Itachi or Jiraiya but we have seen them in battle. Its not as bad as threads that have people that we know nothing about.
