But Ino is also a medic and she has improved her Taijutsu that she can able to go on par with Asuma (who is also a Taijutsu specialist). I actually want Ino to win.

we dont really know what karin is capable od really so i will say sakura but karin is uzumaki and oro wanted her for something other than bitting her and she was a warden of his little prison so she must be able to handle herself

If you said Karin, its because her healing powers are strong, and she can bite with quick use to heal there targets. She can also sense chakra which is extremely needed in finding enemys etc.

Ino definitely, she's gotten stronger to the point that she'll be able to control Sakura's mind by now, plus when was the last time we saw Inner Sakura in Shippuden? I think that Sakura no longer has inner self, and that was the only thing that prevented her from being taken over by Ino in the exams...
