hmmm lemme troll a little... Uzumaki is alot like the sayains... an uprising group... once they were too powerful and for obvious reasons they could be a threat in the future... they were off with... leaving only a few to be scattered around the universe. U see the Super Uzumaki (super sayain) level 1 and 2? or have you not been reading :]Rofl no they didn't. They are all equal to each other. They are basically cousins. This war and it seems all ninja wars are just family feuds. its not fair to even judge the Uzumaki though the only great member we've seen is Nagato and Naruto it'd be nice to see more powerful members.

think about the world of naruto and the influances of the sealing jutsus ,space time jutsu(minato hirashin) ,summoning,space time barriers(konoha is surround by one),chakra sealing,longetivity,huge chakra etc... all this are thanks to the uzumaki clan and plus tsunade mitotic regeneration jutsu...

last part, you must have not thought this thoroughly before posting... Nagato is older than Minato, also older than Kushina... who was directly from the clan... Nagato was obviously stolen from the clan as part of tobis plan. He is direct bloodline from the Uzumaki Clan. The clan was clearly destroy some year after Kushina left.

The uchiha clan was most fear and respect land .Alot of people know madara and his clan power.The raikage faught a uchiha (maybe itachi) ,onoki was taught by madara,kisame meet tobi or madara in his town ,konoha definetly know the uchiha etc.

It is stated in manga clearly that two most powerful clans, directly descended from Sage of 6 paths. It is clearly said, Uchiha = Senju. So, list goes like this..........
1. Uchiha = Senju
2. Uzumaki (possibly, because they are close relatives if senju)
3. Sarutobi / Hyuuga (Sarutobi clan descendant of senju, and Hyuuga descendant of Uchiha)
4. Kaguya
5. Nara = Yamanaka = Akimichi
Also, here, i see many people saying Uzumaki are the most powerful clan, that is, not totally correct. Of course, Uzumaki deserve the hype for being on of the most powerful clan, having insane sealing jutsu, special chakra, long live. But they are not the MOST powerful.

a question for people who are claiming that the senju and uchiha were feared and hired by nations (thats true)but do you see an uzumaki sign
there is no uzumaki clan sign why , because they probably did not involve in this crusades like the uchiha or the senju and they also inherited something from the rikudo sage,he was the first to use sealing jutsu.
