I'm sure he is but I consider Kakashi to be his superior in those 2 departments. The things he's done just impress me more than what Darui has done. It's one of those "he's good but the other guy's better" type of things. I just mean that if I had to bet money on one of the two coming up with the better battle plan, I'd pick Kakashi X_X

He's not next to Raikage yet.. But they don't call Kakashi the 'Copy Eye" ninja for nothing either. He's also a general, and elected for hokage..

Anyway, i say Kakashi wins this one with high difficulty.. He can Kamui Darui if he feels that he is no match..
