So i was thinking of who is physically the fastest in naruto by physically i mean who can run the fastest, i was going to include flying and all sorts of other things but decided against them. This is a special race and i have made it purely for fun and to find out who you think would win as i havent a clue, you can take it as seriously as you want though xd. It would be nice to have a scenario or something but thats up to you. Ok now i will explain who is in the race and the rules which are very simple.
The runners are
Minato
Jiraiya
Kakashi
Itachi
Killer bee
Guy sensei
Kakuzu
The fourth raikage A
Orochimaru

Ok so you know who the runners are, now for the rules firstly everyone starts of in standard mode meaning no sage mode activated no ftg kunai's already thrown and only the ones he has he can use, no sharingan or susanoo already activated or raiton armour or gates etc. Secondly the race is for several miles i couldnt think of a proper distance so call it 4 miles. Everyone can use their abilities to help them in the race e.g. kakashi can kamui one of the racers A can use raiton armour to speed away etc use your imagination. Lastly Tobi is in the game using his space time jutsu to stop whoever is in first place so whoever is in the lead has to deal with tobi and he isnt stopping them with a stick he is using taijutsu and those chains he used to fight minato.
To summarise
1) No abilities activated or to be used before race has started
2) Distance is 4 miles
3) Tobi stops anyone in the lead
4) Everyone is at their best as last seen in the manga and no edo's
