He'd be strong, but not the " best ". What's " best " in your opinion ? Pure evil is never a good thing, evil is what kills you at the end. Of course he'd be crazy powerful but not as powerful as following the righteous path.

Sasuke can't even hit kabuto literally cuz kabuto can use hydrafication and if he takes off the Susanno to use lighting release he would still get owned by kabuto's never ending sage mode cuz kabuto can just suck up nature not to mention I really do think kabuto is faster then sasuke because sasuke is same speed around Kakashi if not slower and Kakashi needed koumi (his ms can't spell it) to block the Susanno arrow kabuto easily dodge it

If he wasn't sick and would have lived longer then there's no telling how strong Itachi would have been. Itachi mastered the sharingan at age 8, Sasuke didn't even have his at age 7.

At the very least Itachi was the second Uchiha Madara.

IMO, someone who is Best, is someone who get's up to that point not by cheating, taking shortcuts to get there, when there's no shortcut to becoming the actual best.. The best is the one who levels up to that by staying on the right path, enduring all that is thrown in his face, and getting back up everytime.
