now while im not one to diss the anime or manga, i felt like making this to point out a huge plot hole
if kumo was in on the whole thing with them pretending naruto attacked some guys, what the hell was the point of the thing in the beginning when the fake naruto fought A couldnt they just say it happened and if A was in on it, why the hell was he surprised when it happened

First off, Naruto is supposed to be a master of senjutsu, Why is it that even after Le Douche Mui explained to him that the seal put on him will stop him from using his Chakra, he didn't just sit down and gather Natural Energy?
Secondly, how is it that Maroi can use his ninjutsu without any repercussions even though its apparent he has the Heavenly Prison seal on him.
Thirdly, Why does Ryuzetsu have what it looks like Rinnegan eyes?
Fourthly, Where was Kurama when Mui was extracting his Chakra from naruto?
Fifth, What happened to all the smarts Naruto was supposed to gain through his training with the toads? Why is he just rushing at Mui without using his brain?
The list goes on...
sixth why didnt the seal disappear when mui was defeated?
seventh how can someone jump and run like nothing happend when having a 30 cm big opening in your chest?
eigth being hit by a rasenshuriken that cuts down everything should also cut this father and son guys into little pieces, but they still survived like nothing happend.^^
ninth after turning good again, why did the son still kill his father? :-\
tenth: after the son spit arrow-bombs on his father, he got some more holes in his chest. but when we saw his body on the statue there was only the big one.
eleventh: wtf the girl rescued naruto and died but instead of thanking here somehow bee came in and said something like "lets party boy"
1. Naruto didn't think of it immediately
2. The prison seal is fake like a tattoo probably after he started helping him
