-Sannin are Orochimaru, Jiraiya and Tsunade.
- All Summons are allowed for everyone on both sides.
-Tsunade can use Mitotic Regeneration Jutsu.
-Jiraiya can use SM.
-Orochimaru does not have Edo Tensei.

I say the Sannin take down the Uchiha Brothers in this death match.

Sasuke is high competition for Jiraiya in SM, but Jiraiya still beats him IMO.

With summons allowed I give it to the Sannins. Gama bunta, Manda, that slug... ma and pa, edo tensei... Tsunade has that crazy ass seal and can heal both of them if they get injured.

The Uchiha brothers take this with mid to high difficulty.

Itachi has already wrecked Orochimaru twice with once using only genjutsu. None of the sannin have the necessary speed to dodge amaterasu and it takes Jiraiya time to use SM.

None of the sannin have the necessary destructive power to break through a full susanoo especially Itachi's with the yata mirror. Tsunade only broke the rib cage susanoo, so don't use that as an example. Then there's also Sasuke's enton manipulation he can use with his full susanoo not to mention he can also use it to cover his susanoo as well.

Then there's genjutsu as well, which is a huge weakness for Orochimaru.

The sannin just don't have the fire power to take these two down.
