If naruto dies there wont be any longer story as all it simplifies is that to NEVER give up and to work hard to reach our goal as nothing is impossible....
And if Hinata dies, the strength of love will be weaken... The whole story is with the strength of love (love for brother, teacher and so)... I would rather prefer that everything gets stronger than anyone dying anymore...

OT: I would be upset if Naruto, Sasuke or Sakura died. i want them to be re-united at a team.

I would also be upset if Kakashi or Tsunade die, because i like both of them but i think that atleast one of them will. (Most likely Tsunade). To further Naruto's pain and his resolve to over come his pain with forgiveness and love.
