I mean also Obito knew the 4th hokage, you'd think he'd have a little more understanding of his sensei's abilities when they fought and would have planned against them...Why would Obito ever turn evil? The only thing he wanted at the end of his life was to spend more time with his friends, nobody finds Obito half dead because the hole cave collapsed on him too. He's dead. Ooops i mean Im dead, i died in the cave im not tobi xD

I agree that Tobi is definitely not Obito. He's the first 'Zetsu' clone created by Madara to clone himself. I don't think the 1st image of Tobi has Madara's hair. It's alot shorter compared to the edo madara we see in battle, and he was revived in the state of health right before his death. (ex: Nagato revived old, n emaciated w/ white hair) I mean maybe the zetsu clone cut his hair a little shorter? who knows :shrug:

You didn't even include the obvious reasons. Kakashi saw Obito in the afterlife... explain that? It's pretty obvious he isn't but some people just do NOT get it. It's sad threads like this have to be made and people still don't get it

Obito to he tobi makes no sense. Age doesnt fit. Theres no motive. Nothing that helps strenghten that theory. But it tobi is someone and not a zetsu he has to be someone we know but easily have overlooked.

I like your counter argument, but what people fail to understand is I don't think it is obito I said I don't think it's impossible and I have seen certain links between the two characters. What people didn't remember was my theory:
"Here's my theory obito's near death experience enabled him to unlock his abilty to become intangible and pass through solid objects and bearly makes it out alive from the underground cave with the right side of his body half crushed. Right after this he encountered Zetsu who meets this young boy with special eye powers and saves him. I belive Zetsu is some sort of creation by madara “The way i see it is that , when madara was dying he activated the rinnengan, and let zetsu take the rinnengan from him, along with the harashima cells, and also some of madara's own DNA.He then let zetsu implant all of these things into a piece of zetsu body like a big enough chunk to make a body , hence developing a second madara. That had all his memories(or possibly he could of extracted his entire brain?) and shit.
And later infused this body with obito who he found because he needed the body of an uchiha to put madara's dna in and this was he’s perfect chance because the uchiha’s were all still alive and zetsu didn’t want to engage into combat.
Now what if zetsu he then implanted the eyes into an uzumaki child (nagato). In order to study it abilities of the Sage Body - Sage Eyes type of thing. Zetsu would watch over this boy nagato but as nagato got older he would need someone more power to watch over him which is way he put the madara and the 1st dna into a uchiha who he found"
