It means "all power". Means someone has unlimited power. Infinite power. Means they can do anything! Erase a galaxy from existence. Create new galaxies in the blink of an eye. Kill all humans if he wishes so. Reverse big-bang, erase everything from existence.

Master of time and space are also powerful like that. That means they control all time and all space. Which is almost at the same level as omnipotent.

I don't see how ANY character from DBZ, One Piece, Naruto, Bleach or any of the characters you guys mentioned while arguing can match up to that.

Sure people from DBZ can destroy a planet in the blink of an eye. Call me when they can destroy the entire universe at the blink of an eye.

All the people mentioned in that list have some kind of universal level technique, that can either destroy the universe, create one, alter it and so on.

kami tenchi in tenchi muyo is the true meaning of omnipotent on a multiversal level. he can destroy hundreds of universes with a thought. if he wanted he could reset the dbz universe so that goku never existed, killing gogeta.
and no gogeta would be around solar system busting level at best. everyone on my list can destroy a galaxy easily and are abstract/skyfather gods. and thats not even taking into account the rest of saint seiya characters.
tenchi muyo doesnt just have kami tenchi though. there are 3 universe creating goddesses who can do nearly anything they want. counter actor, whos so insanely powerful that only kami tenchi can stop it. Z whos the main villain and could solo dbz with his pinky if he wanted.

where do I start...first off 3 "tenchi myuo" characters and 2 pokemon? balderdash.
2 i would have to add are "Light Yagami" from Death Note. (all he needs is your name and bam, anywhere across the planet/universe you die) and in a non realistic "omg he can pwn anyone" sence...Wheres the Kenshin Himura love? I'll admit im a Samurai X fanboy but seeing pokemon in a list over the battosai...broke my heart. lol
