Mine goes like this

3. Shikamaru
4. Lee
5. Kiba
6. Shino
7. Choji
8. Sakura
9. Hinata
10. TenTen
11. Ino

Yes, I know I have all the girls last, but let's face it... they are awful

Her mind transfer is weak though. Unless it is used with Shikamaru it's basically rendered powerless.

Kiba is very under rated. He has great speed and taijutsu and akamaru fighting with him. Wolf Fang over Fang=beast
Choji's butterfly mode is basically suicidal

I'm fine with Hinata over Sakura, and Lee would have to open gates for him to be > Shikamaru in my opinion, but I would agree with that

shikamaru is not as good as shino sakura hinata or neji or lee just saying he is wicked overrated like minato
