Edo Tensei does not count towards an individuals own strength

I hear all most everyone call kabuto a top 5 ninja just because of edo tensei. Getting ninja who are most likely stronger then you, to fight your battles does not make you strong. If Kabuto was so strong he would not have been miles away front the actual battlefield hiding behind a barrier.

It is like a millionaire hiring thugs who know to fight, to fight his enemies for him. Does it mean he himself is powerful? No it just means the people backing him are tough and he is a coward.

If Sakura learns Edo Tensei to the Extent that Kabuto has mastered it, does that mean she is a top 5 ninja?

So In my opinion if your not using your own powers then it is not your own strength and does not count towards your own power.

Kabuto's only so powerful because he has Edo Madara, if he didn't, he'd be top 10 still but not 1-5 bracket.

A summoning jutsu is a tool that a shinobi uses as part of their strength. Are you really going to sit here and say that the toad summonings aren't part of Minato, Jiraiya, and Naruto's strength or that the snake summons aren't part of Orochimaru's strength? They're withing their arsenal hence it's part of their strength.

No shooting a fireball does count because your the one spitting the fireball. If naruto called kakashi over to fight tobi and he shot a fireball at him, would you say that is naruto's strength? I mean he would do it whenever naruto wanted

Kabuto's Sage mode now makes him one of the top, but Edo Tensei doesn't.
Kabuto isn't even controlling them. Controlling them means he is dictating what techniques they use and when. He's only forcing them to fight, but now how they fight.

I agree to disagree with both. This power is a tool used by the User, but can you really say it's his strength or him winning the battle with his own power?

You can't. The battle is won or the strength is the Edo Tensei itself. However, this can be opinionated because the Jutsu needs a Charm Tag to control the Edo Tensei such as Kabuto's and Orochimaru's way of controlling.

Those contradicts and/or confuses what many my suggest as Kabuto's strength or Edo Tensei's strength.

It doesn't Count in a linear sense, but don't Discount it. He has to be able to manage all of them (like 15 minds worth at once, and how each of their bodies and techniques works), feed them chakra, ect. Additionally, he has many formidable techniques of his own, such as multi-layered regeneration, body reformation and resistance to many forms of damage. All in all, he is worth about 10ish +/- 6 pages of playtime for Itachi in order to allow time for Madara to fight the Kages.

lol and YOUR the one summoning toad or madara or what ever, your not the one travelling at 30 mph and at a temp at 700 degrees plus, but your the one using it so its part of your strentgh
