The only reason Nagato even got back up in the first place was because his edo body was able to regenerate body parts if it wasn't for that it would be over.

He can absorb killer bee Hacibi charka form but can't absorb Amaterasu.

Yeah Nagato stronger but i still don't think he can beat him itachi has plenty up his sleeve

Amaterasu is useless against someone who can sense it that you are going to use it. Nagato sensed when Itachi was about to use Amaterasu because of the chakra "pressure" coming from Itachi.

Granted Itachi didnt use Amaterasu straightaway but it clearly showed that Nagato can sense it before even Itachi uses it. Even if Itachi manages to land an Amaterasu on Nagato, his damage on arms and limbs wouldnt be a massive problem as Nagato has Asura Path to substitute damaged body parts for mechanical armoury with extra arms, six in fact.

although i agree that itachi would lose. we've never really seen a healthy, not blind itachi fight seriously before, so it's a lil hard to judge his full strength. unlike nagato were all he was missing were legs. even when he was both blind and sick he still had to let sasuke win, so that alone should be enough to tell you that he wouldn't get destroyed in the battle. and his low chakara could be because of his illness.

manga fact shisuis genjutsu freed itachi, something itachi himself even said he didnt forsee. nagato sensed amaterasu before itachi even used it and after he got hit made no attempt to resist. if i remember correctly itachi needed naruto and bees help to bust chibaku tensei. if it werent for them itachi would be trapped in chibaku tensei atm. i guess actual logic doesnt apply to some people though.

Nagato, Zetsu, and Sasuke all felt the "pressure" when Itachi intended to use it, but not the technique itself when it actually was used. And it's not logical to say Itachi couldn't destroy Chibaku Tensei by himself. That's a negative proof: a logical fallacy, in fact.

amaterasu has no force, and it cant burn chakra. if that were the case sasuke wouldnt be able to coat susano in amaterasu.

The thing is, Itachi wasn't even using Amaterasu at the time, because he was forming seals, and Amaterasu doesn't require seals. He was building up chakra. It's merely Itachi "getting serious." Likewise, what Nagato felt was not Amaterasu, but the activation of the crow from Itachi channeling chakra to his eyes. When Amaterasu did come around to the Cerberus, Naruto, and Nagato, there was no warning given to anybody, because Itachi had already channeled the chakra.

very contradictory. you just said sasuke and zetsu sensed amaterasu then you say it wasnt even amaterasu, it was just itachi getting serious. you just proved my point.
