Imo Susanoo is the best Jutsu, because it gives you a perfect offense and defense at the same time. Of course any Jutsu can be avoid and defeat, but that's not the point.

Personally, I think that Gaara will have the Ultimate defense. Right now, he can control sand and I believe gold sand...eventually he should be able to control other metals including lead and other dense metals. Imagine an Ultimate defense of metal alloys.

I hadn't even considered that, it would be a pretty impressive defense.
Now to the topic at hand id say Susanoo is really impressive however the supposedly best ninja in the world are fighting it and that might be why it looks like it sucks

Think Itachi's Susano is the best defense, Sasuke and Madara's Susano doesn't have the mirror and sword. I personally think it's Itachi's Susano as the best overall defense, well, next to 3rd Raikage.

guys he said "best all around jutsu" , not "THE best jutsu." hes talkin bout versatility, not raw power or impregnable defense.

the way i see it, its like pickin stats for an rpg character for example. theres one wd high atk, or high def, or well balanced. this cats talkin bout balance and i agree susanoo is one of the most, versatile techniques up to date but deff not THE best.
