Yes of course he will, but i still hope Kakashi will become the next Hokage before Naruto and then Konohamaru...

if tsunade dies during the new chapter then probably first they will choose kakashi
but if tsunade survives and after a few years when naruto is older (maybe 21?) then hes probably gonna be hokage
dont forget that he is still 16-17 years old

the obvious choice would be Naruto but Shikmaru would make a good hokage along with a few others like Konohamaru & Kakshi etc

as for Itachi well maybe if things where different and he was not forced to kill his clan.

Itachi will be a great kage but he is a dead man afterall...

Shikamaru or his dad. Naruto lacks maturity and decisiveness. He'll be hokage when his older and the best one of that. Gaara is natural for his role unlike naruto.

Itachi is dead and you wouldn't want a Kage that will exist forever, Naruto is too young as yet...it may have to be Kakashi if Tsunade dies, at least he is respected by the other villages

Naruto has been showing that he is growing up, and I would imagine by the end of this arc(series?!?!) that he will have grown even more.
Naruto will be the next Hokage. Hands down.

The 6th Hokage slot is Kakashi's since it was already nearly assigned to it. and I can't see Naruto getting the 6th title when it was already held by two people temporarily. Moreover, if Tsunade dies in battle (as unfortunately seems likely), Naruto will refuse the title, because he hasn't saved his friend as yet.

So I expect Kakashi to hold it for a short while, then after the Sasuke/Naruto conflict has been resolved, Naruto becomes the 7th Hokage. He'll be mature enough by then.

As for the other candidates that were proposed:
-Itachi - is going to disappear when the ET is dissolved. He would not be the right person anyway, having killed his clan and set his brother on a destructive path.
- Konohamaru - too young.
- Shikamaru - He is a good fit for an advisor role, like his dad, but lacks the power and charisma (or motivation ) for the Hokage role.
- Shikaku - not strong or motivated enough. Should have advisor role.

it has to b Naruto if Tsunade dies.... if Kakashi gets it then he'd jus b holding it til Naruto is ready... plus with Naruto u get da best of all worlds... Shikamaru or Shikaku cud b his advisors, along with Kakashi, or Kakashi or Sai cud b n charge of the ANBU, Sakura n charge of da med core... All Naruto's people... plz dnt say Konohamaru cuz u can't make an argument for him dat can't b made for Naruto... Konohamaru is just Naruto light... a watered dwn version of naruto i mean...

if tsunade dies right now , i dunno , kakashi is smart , but so is kurama and naruto can talk to kurama and gain experience that way cant he? if tsunade dies when naruto is in his mid 20's naruto no doubt about it!
