All I read here is that Orochimaru can just use the Five Element Seal on Naruto. Ok, and how will that happen? Will Naruto sit there and wait? I mean seriously, use your heads people.
In order for Orochimaru to use that tech, he must restrict Naruto's movement, and then prepare the tech. Which of course will give Naruto enough time to enter Sage Mode and pretty much escape the restriction, attack Orochimaru and avoid that tech; that is IF Naruto is caught.
Plus with the control that Naruto has over Kurama now, do you even think that Orochimaru will even land a hit on Naruto? We all read the manga and saw that just a 4-tails Naruto on a rampage was enough to bitchslap Orochimaru's ass, now with control over Kurama's powers AND also being able to enter Bijuu Mode, will the snake dude handle Naruto? No, just no.
And I read about snake dude summoning Hashirama and Tobirama... This is by far the most retarded thing that I have read. Both Hashirama and Tobirama are sealed inside the Reaper's stomach and they can not escape. Unless one wants to defy the manga facts solely for the purpose of, perhaps, hating Naruto.
One can not deny manga facts when posting a VS battle, sorry, but it only makes the one who does that appear like an idiot without any brain cells; even dead brain cells to inhabit his/her skull.

lol dude oro was sealed in itachi's sword/ with the slight possibility of coming back as an edo because of that sliver of the white snake being burned to death. So for the most part this battle is impossible according to the manga.

We haven't seen the full potential of Oro. He under estimated the third and Naruto and was extremely sick with Sasuke. When on the verge of death he was able to hold off two slightly impaired sannins and he was even able to escape when attacking itachi. So he is very skilled and powerful, despite Oro constantly playing a defensive roll. His only apparent weakness that I can see is his arrogance.
If Kabuto was able to bring him back as an edo and he faced the current naruto. He would have a difficult time. Naruto has almost unlimited chakara. His skills in deception and shadow clone tech. is astounding. (able to trick mu a powerful sensor type) in addition he can make mass shadow clones that each has access to the 9 tails mode AND sage mode.
Naruto also has created Rassengun/rasenshirken variants that can even be used at mid/long range and are more powerful then when he fought the 6 paths of pain.
In addition to all that he has now become a powerful sensor type which he has utilized to hone his shadow clone techs, anticipate counter attacks, fought impaired (blinded), has used to see through deception(lies), and has used to out maneuver his opponents.
Then if kurama works with him he is immune to genjitsu, and can make a weird psudo-kurama transformation, use the bu-dama and use it as a shield/ increase his raw power.

So unless oro was upgraded with a powerful sharengun and/or a wood release or so sort of other power or he shows us his true power. Naruto has this battle.

Orochimaru most likely loses if Naruto starts with Sage Mode off the bat.

Orochimaru is arrogant and cocky. That is his downfall, and with no knowledge of Sage Mode's capabilities he'll try to tank everything that Naruto throws at him. Which isn't a very good idea, considering most of his attacks in Sage Mode could potentially seriously hurt Orochimaru. It's possible that once Orochimaru gets hit by Sage Katas, he'll stop cocking around and try to avoid getting hit. Unfortunately, Naruto is much faster, agile and stronger in Sage Mode than Orochimaru and will most likely hit him. Albeit, with much more difficulty due to Orochimaru's ability to stretch around and Oral Rebirth. A well placed Fuuton Rasenshuriken should be able to kill him in one shot though.

Keep in mind that if Orochimaru uses Edo Tensei, Naruto pretty much loses automatically

The only one who may be able to use it without prep is Kabuto with his "improved" Edo Tensei, but we don't know the specifics there either.

As it is, Orochimaru didn't even resort to Edo Tensei when fighting four-tailed Naruto, even though Shodaime sure would have been handy at that point, and his body was in danger of breaking down! Did he resort to Edo Tensei? No, he fled!

Its a safe bet he doesn't always have it prepped and we're still not certain if he can summon up souls that have been swallowed by the Shinigami (most assume it was going to be Minato he was summoning in the third coffin but there still exists some debate on that matter), so who exactly would he summon?

Without Edo Tensei and no knowledge Orochimaru eventually eats a Rasenshuriken!
