Now people of thinking minato was overrated, I think people say dumb stuff like he can beat nagato and Madara and shit like that but minato was strong, a combination of fgt and rasengan is the best combo.
Now let's get to Tobi
Tobi is in no means weak, he and Madara are the only people in the whole of naruto to summon the 9 tails, let's not forget when he was fighting minato he was controlling the 9
tails as well.
He aslo captured the 4 tails and is controlling multiple beast, 95% of people in nRuto cannot do that. Tobi is one not to be underestimated

1.itachi(iv seen itachi vs so6p threads and people think he can beat nagato :rofl: )
2.minato(people think he can beat hashirama)
3.sasuke(we havent seen his new abilities and amny ppl think hes way stronger than naruto da fuq?)
4.kakashi(people say he can take on muu ,sasori , kakuzu,gaara etc. even though there is clear evidence he cant by a mere powerscale)
