NO ONE IS BRINGING UP THE MOST IMPORTANT PART ABOUT MINATO !!!!!!



I am a person who likes to bring up NEW information, so please +Rep me for this input to your endless arguement.... with a twist.... and FYI I actually like Hashirama more than Minato....

It is too easy to just say Hashirama wins just because we have finally JUST NOW seen more of his power. But what about Minato's NEW power...?

Think about this. Minato is considered by many people to be able to have the capability of beating Hashirama, and this is only through the knowledge of his powers before he died. I want to play Devil's Advocate right now and say that Minato could AND would beat Hashirama because along with every other incredible Jutsu he current can do... Everyone is seeming to forget...

MINATO NOW HAS THE OTHER HALF OF THE KUUBI'S CHAKRA SEALED INSIDE HIMSELF !!!!!!

Yes. Before he died, he sealed half of the Kuubi into Naruto and THE OTHER HALF INTO HIMSELF. Imagine if/when Minato gets brought back to life!!!!!

Just imagine... how incredibly faster his FTG technique will be now that he has the 9 Tails chakra sealed inside himself?!? FTG tech without the need to placing seals first? Imagine how POWERFUL his Rasengans will now be with the Nine Tails power inside him? New Rasengans never seen yet (like Naruto started doing)

Hashirama can only control tailed beasts that are loose, but not those inside a person (Jinchurriki). Minato now has the healing capabilities of his Son Naruto, and if he could tame the other half like his son did, he would be impervious to Genjutus (forgive spelling) because Kuubi would wake him out of it. Imagine Minato's new power and THEN tell me that Hashirama would just "own" him... HIGHLY UNLIKELY.

If you feel this is a fresh revelation... PLEASE +REP ME.

As soon as you take Hashirama balls ut of yours, stop being a fanboy and keep a reasoning mind. I compared other ninjas in different situations showing I'm not a fanboy unlike you. You think just because Hashirama has the stronger powers but seem to forget a few fights where the weaker ninja won, Naruto (genin) vs. Kabuto (jounin), Sasuke vs Deidara, all of Shikamaru's fights, Naruto's clone vs. 3rd Raikage, ect... Smart ninjas can beat power ninjas.

The new generation will always surpass the previous ones.. May be that holds good with kages too.. May be Hashirama<Tobirama<Hiruzen<Minato.. we still don't know full powers of all of them.. we already know that hashirama is stronger from the beginning itself.. Don't just flatter him too much just because madara told some shit about him..
But in reality hashirama<tobirama<hiruzen<minato this is possible too..

Agree, Tobirama lived longer and could have surpassed Hashirama, Hiruzen lived until his 70's and had time to surpass the old generation, Minato was well known as a strong ninja but never made it to his prime (30) and Tsunade ever surpassed Hiruzen.

hashirama wins by far. theres a reason why people considered his power to be a fairy tale. He easily controlled all tailed beasts and beat a person with both sharingan and rinnegan (madara). People say that minato gained sealing justsus from uzumaki through hes marriage but lets not forget hashi was also married to an uzumaki. that would give us a hint that he knows the 411 of the sealing jutsus.

Please learn to read the manga, Madara didn't get the Rinnegan until after fighting Hashirama and it was never shown or stated that Hashirama learned Uzumaki's sealing jutsus. Hashirama was born with the ability to control the tailed beasts but we have no knowledge on Minato's jutsus or Hashirama's jutsus. Plus Minato smarts and speed won't may this an easy win and we still don't know if Minato knows SM.

Hashirama might have more firepower than Minato , but i don't see that working when u cant hit your enemy, i dont even know if hashirama would be able to see Minato at all.

People sometimes forget how fast is Minato and believe the enemy would clearly see his movements

Minato wins, wood cant get him if he's got the really large Gamabunta , genjutsu of darkness wont work since he finds ppl by placing finger on ground, and Hashi probably cant heal kunai stab....to the brain.

I was actually attempting to be logical (if that's possible in this type of thread where no one has any idea except Kishi what would be the outcome).

To that effect, from the Manga, I wonder if the 1st or 2nd can be considered to be stronger than the 4th considering the 3rd adamantly stated that the resurrection of the 4th had to be stopped at all costs during his battle with Oro. (yes, I know that he did not in fact stop the resurrection with the prevailing theory that Minato's soul was already taken by the DDS). Still, the fact is, the 3rd could have chosen to stop the 1st or 2nd, but he chose to stop the third for the reason one can only assume that he didn't feel he could stop him, imo.

The other issue is how Minato became the Hokage in the first place considering the 3rd was alive and well. We know that the 2nd became Hokage after the death of the 1st, and the third became Hokage after the 2nd sacrificed himself. What we do not know is how Minato became Hokage while the 3rd was still alive And over the legendary Sannin, one of whom was his instructor. This seems clear to me that Minato was quite above the rest. Not to mention he was revered for stopping Kurama.

So fanboy or no, Minato's legend seems pretty secure and has been a quasi center piece of the manga from the very beginning when Naruto (well before he knew he was Minato's son) strove to surpass him, which was, to my understanding, based on the notion that Minato was a step above the others so that Naruto chose to focus his attention on him. I mean Naruto could have chosen to surpass the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

Also recall the fact that the 3rd Hokage beat both the 1st and 2nd Hokages using a jutsu created by Minato through his shadow clones. Kishi would'nt show us stuff like that and make the hero of the series have him as his role model as u said if he was'nt leagues above the rest.

Wrong, nice try but ftg is not a ninjutsu there for it does not require chakra, my question was that how wud Hashirama avoid ftg even with chakra. Anyways FTG does not have to do with chakra reserves. sigh............FTG does not take chakra and nor does stabbing kunais to the throat, and if Hashirama can heal from it then this will take chakra and then Minato will just destroy him cuz once he gets the seal on its over, he can keep stabbing him and Hashirama cannot touch him.

I definitely agree Hashirama> Minato in feats. but in a 1v1 plz explain how Minato wud lose.
