This jutsu allows you to first stomp the ground and then form an underground tunnel . The tunnel's opening is just in front of you and then ending of the tunnel is just below the target. You will then breathe a high amount of incredibly hot flame into the tunnel. The flame will turn the earth inside of the tunnel into lava and continue to the end of the tunnel. You will then form a single hand seal and cause the fire to expand, thrusting the lava out of the ground and melting the target.
