Hashirama Senju Vs Uchiha Madara. Its the only fight that would give significant knowledge as to how/if Madara died then and there, or survived and gained some advances. That fight could give us a clue to who Tobi is.

i think the four tail and kisame would have bin pretty epic...cuz the others you know what was going to happen.... kisame even stated it was a very close match ... it was the tuffest fight he ever faught and the guy is pretty much a tailed beast with out the tails

And it's that way a for a bunch of them
