both are just epic with beast main chars. tied for 1st

dbz is 2nd but only because there's never anything thats really different. every bad guy has like 1 unique thing that leads to the same result
i.e. frieza-transformations, cell-sucks people up(which leads to a transformation),buu-eats/absorbs people(then transforms). it always goes like this they fight almost win the villain transforms or somehow boosts power, the hero miraculously had the power to win all along but only now pulls it off, half the time it ends with a spirit bomb anyway. still a beast show but just too repetative to be number 1

Also on both one piece and naruto tenth anniversaries they got tons of stuff from other mangakas and te legendary Akira Toriyama. Toriyama reads Naruto and One Piece. Even the creator of Hunter Hunter said that Naruto is a great series and he is even good friends with Kishimoto. What did bleach get for it's tenth year anniversary?NOthing, it got nothing special. That proves how bad bleach is now.
