If sasuke get the ability to fly he be difficult to hit on the sky since the ninetail cannot fly.In other word flying will make him more evasive

Kirin level 2
A combination of chidori nagashi (wrong spelling) and kirin

oh, well thats another thing that I can add to my list of "if this happens I quite Naruto". If Sasuke gets the ability to fly I quite Naruto. (If he can fly outside of reason that is, like if he magically can fly like the Tsuchikage, then I quite, but if its reasonable like his curse mark could then its fine.)

EDIT: OT - Sasuke really doesnt need anything new/drastic. The fact that Naruto got this HUGE upgrade just PROVES that Sasuke was planned to be op with his EMS, because Kishi wouldnt go through all this trouble of saving Sasuke like this if the fight wasnt going to be even.

Sasuke cant meet up with naruto even if he get the rinnegan or whatsoever. The show is call naruto not narusasu. I don't know why people keep thinking that sasuke must power up just because naruto his. well he associate with hawk now similar to other ninja associate with other animal.

Itachi associate with crow and can make genjutsu with his crow
Orichimaru associate with snakes and can turn into snake and do snake features
Kakashi associate with hounds
Kiba associate with wolf .He have wolf smell or senses
Shino associate with bug and can do some bug stuff or make bug clones
Choji associate with butterfly technically that why we saw him eating mostly similar to an caterpillar and he can fly similar to a butterfly
Naruto associate with frogs ,he can use sage mode and can also sense
Hiruzen sarutobi associate with monkey and we saw his movement was similar to an monkey when he fight orichimaru during chunin exam

It may be called Naruto, but the plot is about the rivalry between Naruto and Sasuke. Should the upcoming fight between the two be the finale of the series, then it would be, literally, the stupidest ending EVER if Naruto kills/detains Sasuke with one hit, which is practically what your saying. Sasuke IS just as powerful as Naruto, the events of the plot has confirmed this time after time.

Itachi's eyes didn't have anything to do with crows. Itachi himself liked crows, he just used genjutsu with crows. Just like kurenai uses nature type stuff with hers. I don't see how you're mixing a summoning with MS.
