I didn't put in ease because going up against Madara isn't an easy task, no matter who you are.
Its taking 5 Kages to fight him now and he still hasn't shown all his abilities with his EMS (Hasn't shown Amaterasu yet, thats if he has it of course) and the Rinnegan (has only shown one ability).

Look at the abilities of the rennigan alone. That is enough.
If you add the abilities of the ems and mokouton which is supposed to suppress the fox's chakra, youd get a better idea

Madara,takes it,don't let the latest chapter cloud your judgement...
Madara as a special link to the fox,in other words the fox's powers are weak towards Madara,as he can suppress it's powers like Sasuke did but on a stronger
If for any reason the suppression powers of the Sharingan fail,he can resort to the Mokuton suppression,the same suppression powers that allowed Hashirama to control "several tailed beasts".
Madara with is Rinnegan can absorb all that good chakra via Gakido.
At the end in a scenario in which Madara challenges Madara it boils down to naruto utilizing SM,for the reason that Madara as no advantages there,but nevertheless it's an inferior battle asset compared to the Fox mode,which Madara makes a perfect counter to

For all you guys saying that the Sharingan can surpress the Kyuubi while it's sealed inside Naruto...
I have to ask you why you think if this were the case, don't you think Tobi would have been able to do it? Naruto is fighting Tobi, he has the chakra of the other Bijuu in his hands, he could easily retract a few, take control of the Kyuubi and then beat Bee and take the Hachibi. Tobi also has Shodaime's cells, likely meaning he can also use Mokuton. He hasn't shown it, but it's a good assumption seeing as everyone with the cells have used it so far.
Naruto also has a new seal guys. Not the same one that Sasuke got into, this is the Sage of the Six Paths' sealing jutsu, likely the same one he used to subdue the Juubi.
At the moment, Madara takes this because I don't know what the impact of the Kyuubi ball will be, but I'm sure after next week my opinion will change to Naruto.
