The user blows into this instrument, creating a loud sound. The frequency spreads a large distance and can be heard throught the area. Depending on how much the user blows into the instrument, determines how loud and how far the resonance will be. because it is very light, and very hard, the weapon can be used as an weapon to club or jab enemies with.
±± Declined ±± The idea is good but it needs work. First the type isn't attack, its "weapon". Also you need to rank and describe the effects of this sound a bit better. The usage of the sound technique needs to be restricted in rank and to a set number of times. This is a weapon so it doesn't cost you chakra nor does it do any damage on its own. Leave it N/A on both fields.
Ninja Art- Trembling Soundwave (buruburu oto nami
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Close- long
Chakra Cost:40
Damage:N/A

Upon hearing the sound, the victim is placed in a genjutsu where there vision becomes altered. In their eyes, the entire world around them begins to massively shake constantly and causing dizziness, nausea, and a loss of balance.
*Can only use once every other turn
±± Declined ±± the weapon wasn't approved. And also, to have sound based genjutsu you need to have mastered genjutsu...have you? Because this isn't a Ninjutsu. Its a Sound Genjutsu.
Ninja Art- Double Vision (Nijuu Genzou)

±± Declined ±± again, this is not Ninjutsu/Ninja Arts. Its a genjutsu. Have you been trained in genjutsu?
