Manga-Canon Snobs Irritate Me

Seriously, things that happen in only-Anime episodes should count for discussions and VS threads as long as they follow the Narutoverse logic.

I hate how people disregard jutsus, events and people that are not in the Manga. Jutsus are usually directly related to the user's abilities and capacities and are completely logical and reasonable within Narutoverse. Same goes for events and people.

For example, Kakashi.

Kakashi has a couple of jutsus like Fire Ball: Great Fireball Technique and the Front Lotus, which are Anime-only. Why can't they be taken into account when having a VS thread or any type of discussion regarding Kakashi's character?

Kakashi has a sharingan, he is said to know over 1000 techniques.
Kakashi is an elite-jounin and also a genius who reached Jonin at age 12.

Why can't we attribute these skills to Kakashi? His affinity is lightning, but he has two other "canon" elements of Earth and Water. Kakashi being able to use D and C rank techniques for another elements is not unrealistic or highly unlikely.Also, anybody can learn the Eight Gates with the correct amount of training and determination. So, why can't an exceptionally skilled ninja like Kakashi not be able to learn how to release the First Gate?

It's not like we see Ten Ten using the Byakugan.

People tend to take the "Manga-only" thing to an extreme and use it only when it favors them.

For example, ShinobiX.

He said that Itachi never killed any children or old, crippled men because the manga didn't show it. In fact, he said Sasuke was the only child in the whole Uchiha clan.

Are you kidding me? Seriously? Kishi doesn't have time to explain these things.

Better: The way shino fought against that shinobi, could hardly be considered better tai then Hinata's in the filler, shadow clones went rouge in Naruto's dream any sort of thing can happen in a dream

And everything else you said could be considered as it's not unlikely, that girl could have special powers, it's within the context of the realm of the narutoverse as it's been done before. It wasn't like she had Hashirama's powers or anything like that shit and she went off like that. Sora situation is believable wouldn't you say, I mean the KinGin were Pseudo's as well why couldn't Sora be one?

Most definatly I do believe Kakashi's 9 dogs could wash Kiba and Akamaru, and if you haven't forgot, they won in the end so I don't see you're point really. first off they're out numbered, they're like the K9 unit of hounds and they are Kakashi's trusted summons so you wouldn't expect them to have some bite in them? Even with the Inuzukas. Not to mention Kiba and Akamaru are still like puppies if you think about it, they're still rash or whatever, hell, Akamaru is more mature then Kiba I would say.

What sG is saying is so long as the stuff isn't so far unbelievable for the realm Kishi has put out there, it should be considered valid, and because it's not 100% Kishi, it's still Naruto so why can't it be considered valid in the Naruto Discussions when it's still Naruto?!

Reason why we can't account for Kakashi knowing fire is because Kishimoto himself didn't implement that. The anime writers did. We go by what kishimoto draws and says not what is in the Anime...

i don't like canon or fillers or movies or whatever you call them at all. because here, it just makes the sideline characters LESS IMPORTANT! they show cool techniques and such, and then when you get into a discussion it's like..."oh that doesn't count cuz it's canon/that's not real" blaha aha blah! there's no use for them...except to make the seemingly weak ppl look even weaker.
PRIME EXAMPLE: (of course i'm gonna use Shino) in the movie, his bugs ate through steel or whatever in a matter of seconds...unfortunately, we "can't tie that into the real naruto" because it's only a movie...it's a stupid concept

I completely agree that sometimes fillers add stuff that confuse people, but most of the times it's either cool side missions involving new (unrelated to the main story) people and jutsus that by the most part, completely follow the Narutoverse logic and are very plausible.

I see your point, but let's take another example, Hinata.

Hinata has excellent chakra control and in the anime, she is shown to be a pretty good medic, on par with Ino and maybe Sakura. Why can't we say Hinata knows or is good at medical ninjutsu due to her good chakra control?

Yeah, they have some agreement about copyrights, Kishi has some cash from Pierrot for using his characters, but thats that.
