NO. I'll tell you why.

First Edo Madara. I mean this settles everything. Madara couldn't have split his soul i.e. a part of it inside Tobi and rest died along with his main body....like a horcrux.

But for the sake of argument he did then it begs the question why the hell EDO MADARA doesn't have any info about waht's happening. I mean its logical to have the Info if a part of your soul is still alive.

SO A NO From me. Tobi is Not Madara.
