Misaka concentrates and manipulates the syrupy water in an attempt to make it move upward. She tries to user the stickiness of the water to her advantage, and focusing on that, she tries to get the stream unstuck from the lowest point of the tunnel to then come up and exit behind her.

Good.
Have you learned a clone jutsu? If not, I want you to look into the water and find a reflection of yourself and look at every minute detail. I then want you to infuse your chakra into the water and begin forming a glob of water out of the water. You will then refine the glob of water so that it begins to take the shape of a human being. Once the shape has been fully constructed, you will then release another layer of chakra that will hold the shape of the water as well as create a layer of chakra that makes it appear as an actual copy of you.

Misaka heads over to the pond you had created a few moments ago. There, she stands in front of me and stares at her reflection. She starts admiring herself. She takes mental notes of her image: her brown hair, her thin arms, her legs, her eyes, her forehead, her mouth, her fingers, her hands, her feet, her clothes..her everything. Once done she begins to concentrate. She then, after gathering water chakra from within and changing her nature to water, she molds in in an attempt to infuse her chakra with the water in the pond so that it takes a shape of a human being. Once that has been done, she focuses on her gathered chakra to be able to release another layer on top of the blov she formed so that it holds the shape of and actual copy of herself.

When molding the final layer that holds the shape and creates the appearance, you should describe features again so that way I know you make an exact copy. Try again.

This jutsu has two versions, one done by your mouth and one done by manipulating the water. The one done by your mouth is done by gathering water chakra in your mouth and compressing it to build pressure. You will then change the water chakra into water and release the pressure so that it is released through your mouth and as it leaves your mouth, you will change the form of the water into multiple spheres. The second version is done by infusing multiple large pockets of water chakra into the water and then having the water spiral upwards to form a spiraling tendril that strikes the target with a large amount of force.

Misaka begins to concentrate. She starts to gather water chakra from within her as she changes her nature to water. As she is gathering her water chakra, she channels it to her mouth. Once she gathers enough, she begins to compress all the water chakra in her mouth to build up pressure. Then she changes all that water chakra she gathered into actual water in an attempt to release all the pressure so the water goes out of her mouth. Also, as the water is leaving her mouth, she manipulates it and tries to manifest the water into multiple spheres to serve as projectiles.
Misaka awaits approval before continuing onto the second version..

Misaka prepares herself before attempting to perform the second version of the jutsu. She walks over to the nearby pond her sensei created, once there, she begins gather the water chakra inside of her one more time as she changes her nature to water. Once done, she stars molding the chakra so that she can infuse multiple large pockets of water chakra into the water in an attempt to have the water spiral upwards to form a spiraling tendril that strikes the target with a large amount of force.

Misaka concentrates and begins to gather her water chakra within her. Simultaneously she changes her chakra nature to water. Afterwards, she molds her water chakra into the air all around her, stretching a distance of mid-range, in an attempt to materialize the water droplets and form a large mist that will inhibit anybody from seeing. She also concentrates a bit more hoping the mist will get thicker, serving a better purpose.

Alright goodie.
This jutsu allows you to change the molecular arrangement of the water molecules and allows them to reflect light from the Suna dn aim it at the opponent so that they become blinded for a few moments. Try using this jutsu on me and leaving me open to be attacked for a few moments. This should be done relatively quickly.
Once Misaka has successfully made the mist, she begins to concentrate again. Then, she begins to mold the the water chakra she infused into the air in an attemp to change the molecular arrangement of said water to allow her to reflect the light from the Sun and aim it at the opponent. Misaka focuses on the light to make it strong enough to leave you blind for a couple of seconds, open for attack.

This jutsu allows you to manipulate water nearby you with your water chakra and have it spin around you, using it as a defensive barrier that stretches around you. The spin of the tornado should be enough to knock an opponent out. You can also use this jutsu to attack by directing the top of the tornado at the target, also causing the target to be knocked out.
Misaka heads for the pond. Once there she begins to concentrate. She gathers her water chakra within her while changing her nature to water. Once done, she begins to mold her chakra in an attempt to infuse it with the water of the pond. Then, she starts manipulating it in order to manifest said water into a water tornado that stretches around her. Once done, she focuses on the water to make it strong enough to serve as a defensive barrier but also strong enough to be able to knock an opponent unconscious by directing the top of the tornado to the opponent.

This is normally a summoning jutsu but we will treat it as though it wasn't. You will first clap your hands together and begin drawing water vapor found naturally and forming groups of it so that they form actual water. You will then create water using your chakra in order to supply more water. The amount of water is large and can even be directed by your chakra when you make hand movements.
Misaka claps her hands and begins to concentrate. As she changes her chakra nature to water, she starts to draw the water vapor found naturally in the atmosphere. As she does this, she also groups them so she can make concentrated packs of water vapor that will form water. Afterwards, she focuses and begins to gather water chakra within her to supply more water to the already existing groups of water. She concentrates to make the amount of water hard.
Misaka: Can I peform other jutsus out this pack of water, y'know, jutsus that require a source of water?
