Its so refreshing reading a great thread like this... there's so much negativity surrounding naruto and their fans.. They're never happy with what kishi gives them. Its always something wrong with the manga. The naruto fans have become so unreasonable its sad really. Its such a refreshing sight reading a thread like this. The one piece fans have really made one piece even better.

Oh thank you! I was passing by Naruto Section and I noticed just that. They're all soo negative, no support for each other, always bickering, never happy. It truly disappointed me.

Luffy and Smokey aren't going to really fight. Something will happen to interupt them and they will get seperated. I think they are destined to be like Garp and Rogers though. that was a nice assumption. I never even thought about that. Everything luffy has done has been basically what roger has been doing.

I loved the chapter over all but I could give it only 4 stars .The wall by Lilli swan was mind boggling .out of all the 19 pages only half made sense to me .so boss jinbi is finally joining the straw hats .so excited about the next chapter ,smoker vs luffy and this time is gonna land an epic punch on smoker kun

I kinda agree

Luffy won't lose this time. For their Roger-Garp relationship to work, Luffy has to either beat or tie with him. Smoker has stomped over Luffy for too many times already, it's time for Luffy to put him in the same position. Smoker will only gain more determination if Luffy puts him to a shame. Both of them are going go grow into Top-Tiers someday.

Alright heres my reasoning:

1.) Smoker was able to out run gear second in the WB war arc as seen when he owned Luffy (Again...) so its safe to assume he is really fast aswell in his smoke form.

2.) People seem to think Smoker will get owned now that Luffy has Haki. May I remind u that knowing haki isn't exactly enough especially when they know it too. Smoker is Vice Admiral rank now so its also safe to assume he knows haki too. So I would take haki out of the question in their fight. (It will be like when WB fought Akainu.)

3.) Smoker has always been a giant threat to Luffy. I doubt Oda would draw someone like him getting owned by Luffy.

When I said "If anything Smoker will own him again". I was speaking in the manner that Luffy can't beat him easily just because he knows Haki and if anything Smoker might still win even with Luffy knowing haki.

Luffy said during the war of the best that Smoker was a lot stronger too. I doubt Smoker has been sitting on his ass for the last 2 years. Obviously Luffy won't be able to beat Smoker here yet. Maybe a good punch in the face to make Smoker realize he can't play around anymore.

U cannot take Haki out of ques as Luffy has Conqueror's Haki (Haoshoku Haki) a rare type of Haki only one in a million can use which grants the user the ability to overpower the will of others......which i KNOW Smoker will NEVER GET it.........but for now Luffy has not perfected it......with all respect 2 Love Cook... maybe a good 2 .. 3 punch in the face to make Smoker realize he can't play around any more!!!!!
