Good read but 2weeks just to come back with 4pages worth of flashbacks was necessary 2 at most to sum it up, but atleast it wasnt a 14page manga 16 meh its alright try to bump it up to 18 at the least. gnna give a 3 imo.

I think that this was a awesome chapter. It's really nice to see the Kyuubi and Naruto getting along better. Maybe not completely there, but at least it's better.

I think that Lady Hokage is going to die and when she does, she'll give Naruto power to fight Sasuke becuase Naruto obviously will have np ebergy after fighting Tobi. Who is creeping me out. I used to think of him as kinda cool, now he seems sadistic and creepy, which is what he's supposed to be but; yeah.

What YOU like and what I like are two different things. Please stop attacking those who did not like this chapter. You are in no way superior just because you liked this chapter. It doesn't make you smarter, it doesn't make you a true fan. It is only YOUR opinion.

As for my opinion, this chapter went downhill once the flashbacks started. I would say one page of flashback would be tolerable but 4-5 pages? It kind of seemed like they were placed in there because Kishi didn't want to draw anything new. I get that it was his holiday too but this kind of chapter is not what many expected especially after 2 weeks.

All of you have such high hopes for the next chapter because you claim this one was just for the build-up. This is all theory. You and I both don't know what kind of chapter will be issued next but we are all expecting it to be better than this. Why? Because this one was just bad. I will laugh if the next one is full of flashbacks about Naruto's hardships or struggles just as this was.

I'll throw in my other post since this thread has more views.

I don't blame Kishi for this shitty chapter as he too was enjoying his time off but he shouldn't have published it. It seems... Unfinished? Maybe he should have made us wait another week in order to publish this chapter along with the next that actually concludes how Naruto and 9-tails bond.

Those who are saying that people are overlooking the "deeper meaning" or the "needed build-up" are clearly those who love Naruto manga so much that you will blindly accept anything Kishi throws at you. Let me show you what was lacking in this chapter; 1. It did not have any sort of resolution. Sure it was a build-up but it was rather weak. 2. Why is the 8-tails just standing still for the majority of the battle? 3. Where is Kakashi and Gai? 4. What are the other Tailed Beasts doing? 5. Why is Tobi just standing still and watching? It's like he's not even trying... And in this manga, it shows the 4-tails explaining how much stronger Tobi's Rinnegan powers are compared to Nagato.

Not sure why people are asking others to stop complaining when this chapter was clearly garbage. So many plotholes just to form a bond between the 9-tails and Naruto. No matter how much you try to define it was "good", it will never be as good as any chapter that was issued in the past couple of months. These forums are made so topics like these can be discussed. Please stop trying to prevent others from expressing their opinions by saying we can't complain about things that are "free".

This chapter was a little disappointing to say the least! I mean it wasn't terrible, i would rather of had this than no manga this week at all, but the only addition to last weeks chapter was Naruto stepping out of Son, and attempting to pull out the chakra rod! *Sulk* I just hope that next week (if indeed there is a chapter next week) we have 15 pages of jam packed action and story line building!

I'm sorry, I couldn't give it a 4-5. We waited 2 weeks for a builder??? It's a 3 at most. Too many flashbacks/much talking. Yeah we all know Kishi is showing proof of Narutos' Will....but he's been doing that the entire time. Not really a fan of the Uchiha, but was kinda looking forward to seeing Sasuke in action this time around....did like the Sage Mode: Frog Smash though...reminded me of the Incredible Hulk....lol
