There doesn't have to be 3 Admirals like there has to be 7 Shichibukai.
Their title isn't "Sanadmiral"

before I go into Caribou for further dettail, I think it is safe to assume that at this moment, Caribou only served to show how strong Pekom was, with a bounty of 330 Million Berry and thus show how strong a pirate of the New World his, and how strong Big Mom is to have an underling as strong as him (And I suspect he is not even the strongest, merely something like a messenger). It is nice to see the Turtle Turtle Fruit, but what's with the Lion appearance? I wonder if it's a normal Turtle Zoan or a Mythical Zoan, I have found some Lion Turtle hybrids but I haven't found a name yet. The 4 Fabulous Animals of the Chinese Mythology depicts a Turtle which is not an actual turtle, more like an hybrid between a Lion and a dragon etc. Who knows, maybe someone who knows more about Oriental Mythology than me would be able to help?

About Pecoms. I believe he is a minkman. Remember when Duval gave Sanji a list for the auction back on Seabody Archipelago. Minkmen were on that list too. Just like longleg tribe members who were on the list too.

They are "normal" marines, but to put it bluntly they are the garbage of the marines, a group of enfants terribles. The G-5 branch is actually some kind of punishment colony. All the marines that are problematic are dumped there at one place, as far as possible from the domain of the WG. No coincidence they placed it in the New World, where the power of the WG is the lowest.

What I don't get are people saying that this week's chapter is mediocre. I mean, look at Bleach, there was barely any dialogue. Naruto? Did we need to see everything from Part 1, for Kishi to remind us what Naruto was before the time skip?
