The nine tail fox chakra isn't his are you serious he had no choice in that still not being his he was able to master it.
Just because he wasn't naturally gifted doesn't make him a terrible ninja, he worked really hard to get everything he has now, he even learn to walk on water before sasuke did, he learned to do rasengan a what A rank move, shadow clone a move no one was even suppose to do, and SM, all with out the nine tails chakra.

Naruto was able to beat Kakuzu a ninja Kakashi was having trouble with even though Kakuzu wasn't a full strength and Kakashi is low kage level, and once again naruto beat him with out nine tails chakra
Sasuke is not and will never be the most talented uchiha he might become the strongest if he ever passes Madaras strength which he probably will never do, but talented no that title will always stay with Itachi. I know Naruto spams the same moves but Sasuke over used the moves so much he started to become blind almost as soon as he got MS and how long did Itachi have it before starting to go blind come on now how sad is that.
With out nine tail chakra, naruto still has SM, which he almost completely beat pain with so him being chunnin level is just stupid give credit where credit is due and what is Sasuke with out sharingan....... exactly he wouldn't even be able to do chidori correctly.

Sasuke is a powerful character but saying naruto sucks to prove that fact is just dumb.
Naruto has been using his head a lot more and showing his smart side and even being able to beat the Raikage, Sasuke has just been careless and rushing into things almost getting himself killed every time.
I don't think it's intentional, but it should be pointed out that you are acting like a hypocrite.
You say that you hate it when people try to hype another character by putting down another one but then you go on to do the same thing a few sentences later by hyping Naruto's intelligence by playing down sasuke's, proving that you are in fact the same as the people that you are discrediting.
Next, Sasuke isn't dumb, there was a reason for spamming MS, he wanted to activate full sasuno'o, and to do that he needed to put his life in danger against strong opponents, which is how Uchiha's unlock the secretes of their techniques in the first place, something Kishi has made it a point to emphasize since the beginning, like when sasuke unlocked normal sharingan for the first time and when he unlocked his other tamoe in the chuunin exams and the last one against naruto at the valley at the end.
This is why sasuke was spamming MS, not because he was stupid, but in order to unlock the other MS techs. Even jugo confirmed this when sasuke unlocked second level ms, he commented about sasuno'o and wondered if that was what he was trying to find out.
Plus sasuke had no choice but to spam ms, the raikage was way too fast for him to even track in his V2 raiton armour so he used sasuno'o and blaze release to create a shield that could not be touched. Even Karin praised sasuke's enginuity with that move, off course no one could have expected the raikage to be crazy enough to sacrifice his arm.
Point is, spamming ms against the raikage was a smart move, you people act like sasuke just thought, "oh I got new super powers let me just spam them for the fun of it"
Sasuke is not stupid, he did valid tests before spamming ms, he tried to cut him him with his raiton enhanced sword and it bounced off of the guy.
He then tried chidori against version 1 raiton armour and all it did was touch the raikage but no damage. By this point it was clear that no normal jutsu could affect this guy and there is also no time for hand seals for a jutsu because he is too fast, ONLY after CONFIRMING all this did sasuke use ms, I don't know where you get this idea that sasuke was being stupid by using ms in this battle, he would have died a very swift death if he didn't, try fighting against someone you can't even track with a sharingan in his full speed and can't even hurt him in his weaker v1 armour and see what happens.
Same thing with mei, he was already tired from fighting the raikage and was trapped in a room with an acid gas that was strong enough to corrode even sasuno'o. Makes me wonder what happens to his own flesh if he didn't use ms? (Think about it)
Danzo? Nothing wrong with spamming ms, the version three he was using against danzo was super fast and super strong (visually proven and by tobi's testimony himself), plus had super sonic speed arrow launchers, both super speed and super strength was needed to beat danzo because otherwise Danzo would outlast him with his izanagi.
That was the whole point of spamming ms, he needed to force danzo to overuse the Izangi until he ran out of eyes and then finish him off, without ms he would have never been able to kill danzo enough times to finish his eyes without either being outlasted or simply being killed because of danzo's experience. Even tobi praised sasuke for pressuring an experienced shinobi like danzo to the very last second and force on the defence throughout the battle.
And it wasn't just about pressuring him, sasuke planned ahead the whole time, he already came up with his own theories from the start about danzo's powers and conducted tests throughout the battle to prove his theories before finishing off the fight, like when he tested if danzo's could be caught in a genjutsu even for a few seconds and then used that analysis, from early on in the fight to finish off danzo at the end by confusing him with genjutsu.
Mayn there is a whole list that attest to sasuke's intelligence throughout shipuuden, just watch his fight with deidara for example, I mean it is considt with sasuke's character, he figured out deidara's strengths and abilities from the start and conducted tests to prove his theories throughout the battle without deidara realising until it was almost too late and even used chidori on himself to disable the bombs, people must remember that kakashi also fought a weakened deidara and him and his whole squad, including Guy's squad almost died at the hands of an ARMLESS and FATIGUED deidara ( he spent most of his clay and chakra in his fight with gaara and spent another three days sealing the ichibi, plus was already low on clay even before fighting gaara as sasori pointed out). And in that time that kakashi fought deidara he didn't even figure out that deidara used earth based jutsu and that his jutsu could be disabled with raiton, I am not trying to put down kakashi but I am pointing that for sasuke to IMMEDIATELY figure that out from the beginning of the battle when kakashi didn't is a testament to his intelligence and obsertvation abilties.
Dude I don't like sasuke, I used to be neutral torwards him but now I hate him after what he did to Karin, but I won't allow people to bash a character needlessly like this, don't ever call sasuke dumb again dawg, because he has more than proven he intelligence, even someone like Tobi praised him in his battle against Danzo and praised even before that when he was talking to pain after the sasuke/deidara fight, Tobi outsmarted Itachi and saw through all of his plans and Tobi is like the smartest guy so far next to minato based on feats that I've seen and analyzed, for someone like Tobi to praise sasuke's intelligence and observation, that says something dawg.
And please man, please don't quote Naruto's battle with Kakuzu as a refference to prove his intelligence, because that was just plot no jutsu of the heighest calibre dawg.
Kakuzu only lost two hearts, his earth heart that Kakashi took, which was also plot no jutsu of the highest level.
Why? Well don't you find it strange that Kakuzu was able to sense a mind transfer technique inside of a freaken BIRD IN THE SKY but this same guy can't detect Kakashi running up behind him with a freakin CRACKLING RAIKIRI in his hand? Seriously? Does that make any sense to you?
Ok let us say this was actually possible okay, kakashi sneaks up on him with that noisy jutsu and kills him right, what happened next?
I'll tell you what happened, Kakashi let his guard down and then kakuzu caught kakashi COMPLETELY offguard since everyone assumed he was dead and KICKED Kakashi into a tree!
Am I the only one that sees the irony here, here is an S rank shinobi who is pissed about having his heart pierced through and he has a CLREAR CUT opprtunity to KILL his opponent and all he does is KICK HIM!!? WTF? Plot no jutsu I'll tell you WTF, plot no jutsu my friend, that was just completely unrealistic.
And Naruto, first off let me say that Naruto would have died without his teammates, Kakashi and Yamato saved him when Kakuzu was about to take his heart and gave him a second chance to fight.
Second, am I the only one that is like WTF happened to Kakuzu's REMAINING THREE HEARTS, THREE! He still had his water heart that was in its rightfull position, and the fire and wind hearts that were on his shoulders. So WTF? Kakuzu just stands there and watched naruto for like a whole minute prepairing his jutsu and just stands there instead of just killing him before he finishes loading the jutsu. (And don't give us that oh no rasenshuriken takes an instant to prepare because it doesn't, not in base mode, only in sage mode is it instant, it took like a whole minute to prepare that thing.)
Come on yo, Kakuzu just somehow CONVENIENTLY FORGOT that he still had his three hearts so that Naruto can win the fight and look smart and strong, because there is no other explanation for not using them against naruto and his super slow clones, and how the hell that lame diversion shit worked is beyond me, that whole battle was one of the most disapointing battles I've seen in any manga or anime. There are so much more plot holes in that battle a person could write a book about it.
Naruto beat the raikage? False!
Naruto beat a puppet, Kabuto was the one in control of the raikage, that move would have never worked against the raikage, it only worked because Kabuto didn't know the raikage's history, the raikage was paranoid about that injury, to the point that he didn't even tell his son about it, to you think he would ever let a repeat performance happen. He knew exactly how it happened, that's why he was ashamed, he would see someone trying to target his arm from a mile away, that was the level of paranoia he had.
Plus people seem to conveniently forget that Naruto did not achieve that victory on his own, he had a whole squard of suna, iwa and kumo shinobi distracting the raikage/kabuto for him and he had dodai feeding him information about the raikage the whoel time, dodai even saved him from dying when he pretended to hide him inside his rubber ball teachnique, leading the raikage/kabuto on a wild goose chase to buy naruto time to enter sage mode and also to contact the eight tails. Let me also point out that dodai used to be the third raikage's assistant and tag partner, that trick would have never worked on the raikage if he was controlling himself, he knew dodai just as much as dodai knew him.
Is Naruto as smart as people make him out to be?
Off course not, unless you have a very short term memory and can only remeber as far ass the part where naruto figures out the weakness.
Naruto doesn't know that he should contact the eight tails unless DODAI TELLS him about the battel between the raikage and the eight tails.
Naruto doesn't figure out that the secrete to the raikage's weakness is his own tech without hearing the eight tail's story.
Naruto doesn't figure out that rasengan will do the trick without killer bee telling him about the similarities between tailed beast bomb and rasengan (when they were training with naruto's fox cloak)
We also never got to see the raikage's black lightining, Kabuto didn't use it for some reason and it is obviously stronger then normal lightning, otherwise what would be the point of creating such a thing).
What is my point, first let me admit that Naruto is smart (in the heat of battle), but NOWHERE NEARthe level people make him out to be.
Sasuke is, by logic, smarter than naruto (in the heat of battle).
Why?
Naruto is smart becauses he uses the information that he is GIVEN ALMOST on a SILVER PLATTER, he is nevertheless very good and smart in the way he uses it despite how it is obtained.
But that is the thing that seperates them, we have almost never seen him gather info on his own, he always has other people doing the 'hard work' for him.
Against pain he had Katsuya on his shoulder walking him through the info that Jiraiya, kakashi, inoichi and others gathered before he joined the battle.
He fought a weakened Kakuzu and had intel already collected by kakashi and team 10, against the raikage he had a whole army as back up and was fed info by the man's former assistent, surrogate son (Bee is A's brother, who is raikage's son), and surrogate son's bijuu. Plus he wasn't fighting the real raikage.
Sasuke on the other doess the whole process himself, he collects info, generates an analysis, conducts tests to prove analysis, comes up with an effect plan to finish off the opponent, that is the whole process done on his own, by himself time and time again, Naruto is smart but Sasuke is a genious!
Plus people must stop underestimating sasuke's genuis level, people often use the fact that Itachi activated the sharingan at half his age and sasuke only activated it at the time that Itachi was A.N.B.U level, forgetting that Itachi had the support of shishui, the sandaime and Danzo and his clan was also training him. Sasuke barely and his dad on the otherhand barely gave sasuke the time of day whenever he asked for training with his dad too focussed on Itachi and Itachi always saying that he was too busy to train him.
Plus Sasuke would have been A.N.B.U level too by the time he was thirteen, people seem to forget that Sasuke DID activate his sharingan when Itachi massacred the clan but Itachi made him forget about it, go read or watch the anime again if you didn't realise this, he activated the sharingan when he was six and chased itachi with shuriken and kunai, Itachi blocked with his tanto and then used a genjutsu on him and then sasuke woke up a day later remembering only what Itachi wanted him to remember, Itachi actually stunted sasuke growth by making him forget that.
Go read or watch the episode where Tobi tells sasuke the truth about Itachi, there is a flashback where sasuke remembers that day properly and sees Itachi crying, with his OWN sharingan, Itachi is not more of a Genius then sasuke, he just has more experience and manipulated him since he was a vulnerable little kid.
Sasuke is smarter than naruto by far, and smarter than Itachi too, Itachi's biggest intelligence feat is figuring out the weakness of chibaku tensei, but what did he do before figuring it out? He ASKED NARUTO to TELL HIM about the jutsu and ONLY THEN did he figure it out.
He also used shuriken tech to blind side the shared vision Nagato/Kabuto had with the bird and hell king, but how did he find out about the shared vision in the first place? Naruto TOLD them about it plus nagato/Kabuto was distracted with two other s rank shinobi (Bee and Naruto), otherwise in a one on one that move never works.
My point here is that Sasuke is one of the few people in the anime that have showed the ability to completely outsmart people without outside help or plot no jutsu, he does the whole process on his own, like Tobi said, Sasuke is the real thing.
Back on point though, yeah you are right, Kyubi is part of Naruto since he was born, only an Uzumaki can successfully contain it just like only a 1/10 people can survive the cursed seal and even fewer can use and master it without going insane and turning into mindless monsters. Kyubi was forced onto naruto just like cursed seal was forced into sasuke. But the same can be said with being a jinchuuriki, only a like a few can become perfect jinchuuriki, which is ti use your bijuu's power without turning into a mindless monster.
